On the final BUS ride of 2018, United Teachers of Los Angeles talk about privatization and impending strike; Oregon alliance for public education discuss ending testing for the youngest students. Second half: Roscoe Caron, retired middle school teacher and a member of Community Alliance for Public Education (CAPE) in Eugene, Oregon.
