Broadcast begins with an overview of DC’s budget process and timeline. Joining the conversation are Eboni-Rose Thompson, chair of the Ward 7 Education Council, and Peter MacPherson, an activist who focuses on DC’s long-delayed school capital projects and the effect of these delays on the education landscape of the whole city.
