The DC Language Immersion Project (DC Immersion) is a not-for-profit dedicated to improved achievement through systemic implementation of Dual Language Immersion programs throughout Washington DC. Executive director Vanessa Bertelli and Jimell Sanders, outreach co-leader, joined the Education Town Hall to discuss their organization and the importance of languages to brain development and opportunity.
