Marvin Tucker of “The One City All-Star Extravaganza” (OCASE) joined the Education Town Hall on February 4, to discuss the importance of athletics, both in keeping young people in school and, where possible, in providing college scholarships. The OCASE Foundation works to support athletics, for girls and boys, in all areas of Washington, DC, and works to link student-athletes with college recruiters.
