Local Responses to Federal ESSA on Final BUS Ride of 2015

The Education Town Hall closes out its 2015 programming with a BUS Ride focusing on the new federal ESSA (Every Student Succeeds) legislation and how local communities can respond to it. Guests will be Lisa Rudley, of NYSAPE (New York State Allies for Public Education), and Marla Kilfoyle, BadAss Teachers’ General Manager, as well as Denisha Jones, national organizer with all three BUS organizations.

The Education Town Hall BUS is a monthly program organized by BadAss Teachers, United Opt Out, and SOS March.

Riding early this month, due to holiday, the program regularly airs on the 4th Thursday of each month.
