Colorado Students vs. CMAS, Dec. 4

Students at Fairview High School in Colorado organized a mass protest of the new Colorado Measures of Academic Success: Science and Social Studies test in mid-november. Student leaders join the Education Town Hall of December 4 to discuss testing and their response to it, as well as their ideas for use of public funds.

For a little background: Students say that the new exam was developed by Pearson, not by educators and without student input, and that it was adopted by the state legislature with little input from students.
