August BUS 8/30: BadAss Teachers in Puerto Rico and Network for Public Ed Conference in Indiana

B.U.S. Thursday is back — rescheduled to the 5th Thursday this month — as schools around the country begin the new year. Click here for complete audio.

Gus Morales, executive director of the Badass Teachers Association, will report on his visit to Puerto Rico and participation in the recent Strike for Justice. In the second segment, Anthony Cody, co-Founder and secretary of the Network for Public Education, and Denisha Jones, director of teacher education at Trinity Washington University, will discuss the NPE 5th Annual Conference.
