Global Scholarship: Global Community

galleryGlobal competency is crucial in today’s world but a severe challenge for students with limited horizons in their neighborhoods and schools. The Global Scholarship Foundation uses a local curriculum and world travel to help young people in the District of Columbia envision themselves as part of a global community and, in doing so, learn to understand their own community better.

Program Director Dr. Marcia Brown joined the Education Town Hall on June 18 to share the GSF story.
